thank you! extremely frustrated at the moment. I'm at a conference having other tech issues and your browser based email server is down again and I cannot send from my cox addresses for some reason so I am having to send business emails using my personal gmail account.
LauraBee, make sure you have a valid spf record for your mail domain, and that your ptr record matches. Also toss your message headers into here: https://mxtoolbox.com/EmailHeaders.aspx
The resulting page will tell you if any of the IP addresses were blacklisted at the time. The resulting URL can likewise be provided to Cox and it will show them all the same headers. I could suggest more, but I don't know your specifics.
Email security is my occupation for the last 6 years, so I do know a little bit. Just not about Cox servers, and their new Cloudmark based antispam service.
