Please clarify what is outside the preferred range for me, define your metrics. .. all levels on my end are well within range. ... SNR on my node is low which has been documented via maintenance.

Hmm, nothing has changed on my end since the fiber techs were here in September...my SNR remains low and recently dropped again in the the very low 35 to low 34 db range. My node in general has always had mediocre SNR/MER as noted by Cox techs. ... Was supposed to be addressed but I assume it never has been as I never had any follow up from the maintenance folks. Such ashame since I am on FTTH and have miserable quality of service. Still not buying why my TV shows connected while my internet shows interrupted and they are both on the same feed from COX.
- Becky6 years agoModeratorHi KMDonlon, your modem has a high miss rate and high number of power adjustments. Also, T3 errors have been rising over the past few days. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

No need, shows connected again as of overnight this past Sunday night. Others in Las Vegas also saw their account show connected again within the same time period as reported over on the DSL reports forums. This tells me it was a Cox issue and not the individual. Strange indeed.
