Patiently waiting for a "fix" on this....my "modem metrics" are in your "preferred range" yet still showing Interrupted?!?!

Please clarify what is outside the preferred range for me, define your metrics. .. all levels on my end are well within range. ... SNR on my node is low which has been documented via maintenance.
