Pricing

How do we fight a monopoly that used old government/public money infrastructure to expand? For the death of my I cannot figure out the math on the price. Either is price gouging or they have too many employees to manage a self managed service.

Also chat option is gone. Are call centers back now? I pinged them on Twitter, but ** replies.
