myemail.cox.net/appsuite

I live in Rocky River, OH and seem to be partially migrated to the new platform, but not entirely. I can send messages and they are received by the recipient and appear in my sent folder.  Nothing appears in my inbox after January 24 and my contacts are not there.  Is there something I need to do to set up or am I still waiting for full migration?  is so, any idea when and how will I know it has happened? The old platforms are antiquated and difficult to use.

  • Hi Davesatbat, in a web browser, go to webmail.cox.net and log in. Does Classic Webmail load for you, or does the URL change to myemail.cox.net/appsuite? -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

        Hi Davesatbat, are you able to send and receive mail from Classic Webmail? Compose a new email and put your email address in the To field. Put "test" in the subject line and the body of the email, and then press Send. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
