Modem reset every day

I have had periods where I have to reset the modem EVERY morning. This is a problem. I've complained to support who blames me, my modem, etc. and then when none of that works out, it mysteriously fixes itself for a while.

Why hasn't Cox done something when I can give them a specific timeframe and it seems to fix itself??
