I believe there are settings in my Cox router/account that are blocking the embedded video from displaying inside my LAN.

I stream video from IP cameras inside my LAN (Cox Panorama router) to a website hosted outside my network. Although everyone accessing my website (http://okiebirdcam.com) from their browsers can see my web page AND the video, I, inside my LAN browsing to the page can only view the HTML page, NOT the embedded video.   I’ve tried using Chrome, Edge and Firefox and the problem remains consistent.
