How do I stop emails from Cox Support Forum?

I tried unchecking the boxes in Settings but if I close my browser and go back to Settings, everything is checked again. I had one question, which was answered. I don't want to know why someone isn't getting CNN or how to get Big Brother On Demand.  Please stop!!!
