High Jitter/Packet Loss

Problem: Constant packet loss (tested via pingplotter) and high ping jitter to different sites and game servers with nobody else on the network. Packet loss is guaranteed when testing for 10+ minutes...

Hi Xuboji, can you please provide a traceroute to the game server, so we can see if the packet loss is occurring on our network? -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator

    Hello, for the most accurate results, can you please perform a traceroute on a hard-wired (Ethernet) connection? -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator

        Hi xuboji, thank you for providing this, and I'm not seeing any issues with the traceroute. Hop 5 is showing 24% packet loss, however, none of the other hops going forward show any packet loss at all. -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
