    yes, late at night when nobody is on the Internet.  That is the only time I get remotely close to my suggested speed.

    Yes, whenever I tether my phone, I have usable internet.

        No using their network ping and packet loss would be better using AOL on a 28.8k modem.

        5g data plan is the only way I can use voip right now.
