Gigablast poor download / Gulf Coast (Pensacola FL)

Just upgraded to Gigablast.  Speed is a bit better on downstream.  Definitely better on upstream.  I have gotten around 214M down and 30M up.  I was expecting closer to around 700M down since 940 is rated as the max.

Modem connection status attahed.  Any advice?

      I am doing the speedtests from a hardwired Fingbox with a 1G connection.  I will link this forum and schedule service soon.  Thank you so very much.
