Hi BeckyinVegas, are you using any type of network monitoring tool? It would be interesting to compare the data from a network traffic meter or bandwidth monitor with the Cox Data Usage Meter, especially on days where the Data Usage Meter registers a spike in usage. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
